5 Houses at Villa Place, Hull for Goodwin Development Trust

Houlton have competed a unique project for local client Goodwin Development Trust in partnership with Hodson Architects and Premier Interlink.

The project comprised the modular construction of a terrace of 5 No energy efficient three bedroom family homes which will offer sustainable and low cost living.

Our element of the project consisted of the foundation works to site for the pre-fabricated units which have been constructed by Premier off site. Our work also included the internal fit out of the modular units, installation of the striking external multi-coloured Trespa panelling which defines each building and the formation of external parking, landscaping including raised planters and an ECO garden which is to be community run by the local residents.
