This flagship project was constructed over a very restricted city centre site, 2100m² floor area over 3 floors.

This building is a class leader in terms of energy efficiency. The ground source heat pumps provide the energy for both heating and cooling the whole building with additional supplies obtained through a series of solar panels. Rainwater is harvested for non drinking supplies. A highly complex BMS installation manages the buildings' energy usage.
