More Improvements for ERYC Council House Properties

Following on from three previous successful re-roofing projects for the East Riding of Yorkshire Council Houlton’s Building & Maintenance team have been entrusted with a further contract for re-roofing the Council’s housing stock throughout the County in areas including Bridlington, Driffield, Beverley and others.
This YORbuild Lot 4 project includes 175 units in total, comprising schools, houses and a retail unit at Bridlington. In addition to the roofing work, insulation is to be installed to 17 houses in Cottingham and 5 houses at Melton.
The 8 month contract valued at £1.2M is due for completion by the end of the year.
