Works have now completed at Humberside Fire and Rescue Headquarters, Hessle near Hull on a £375k refurbishment project to provide specialist training facilities within the existing building which have remained active throughout the works.

The works were carried out over a 12 week period and included extensive refurbishment works to various parts of the building including the remodelling of the changing facilities area, forming of new training rooms and offices, a new confined space training area and gantry which also included the intricate work of breaking through the existing pre-cast concrete roof terrace to form a new training atrium area, new mechanical and electrical upgrades and forming of a new reception area.
