Taylor Court Student Accommodation - University of Hull

Houlton completed the vibrant refurbishment over three floors of both the Barton and Walkington Student accommodation blocks on Taylor Court at the University of Hull Cottingham Road campus, to a scheme designed by SoVibrant one of the UK’s leading independent strategic creative consultancies.

The £220,000.00 refurbishment scheme was undertaken over a busy 7 week period during the student holidays.

The project consisted of the strip out of fixtures, fittings, coverings and furniture to approx. 1500m2 of floor area which allowed for the remodelling of all communal kitchens and corridors whilst undertaking extensive decoration and flooring works throughout. All works were successfully completed in readiness for the students return.
