  • Sales and purchase ledger inputting
  • General account work
  • Filing

Assistant Contracts Manager:

Due to expansion of our successful Building & Maintenance Division we have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Contracts Manager to join our established team. The Division has an annual turnover of £12m and serves the regional area of Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

The ideal candidate will fit the following criteria and have the ability to excel in the requirements of the job description.

Applicant Profile

  • Competent in delivering successful contracts up to £500,000 from commencement to completion, and up to £1m as an assistant to a lead Contracts Manager, including building, maintenance and facilities management schemes. Larger schemes are supported by a QS/Estimator.
  • Competent in estimating and quantity surveying work up £100,000 in value.
  • Experience with a local or regional builder working with both public and private sectors.
  • The right candidate will be expected to develop skills in the management of projects and FM contract performance to achieve a high quality solution for our customers, including work with our supplier partners to deliver a seamless service.
  • High safety standards
  • Location within easy access of our offices, ideally within 30 minutes of travel.
