We are using our own in-house time served joiners to carry out opening up for inspections by the Conservator and Structural Engineer prior to any repair works/re-wiring being carried out.

Our joiners are also carrying out any required protective measures to floors and walls prior to scaffolding/crash-decks being installed for specialist ceiling repairs.

To meet the challenging timescales, it was important that planning and programming of the works were done well to ensure materials, sub-contractors and services are ordered in good time.  Where products and services are maybe not available, we would seek to look at alternative products or methods to achieve the required delivery timescale.

When developing the programme, we worked closely with the client to discuss key dates and milestones and if we can’t achieve certain targets, we looked at ways to accommodate the client’s requirements.
