Refurbishment at Middleton Hall, University of Hull

The project consisted of the Phase 1 external remodelling and internal refurbishment of Middleton Hall at the University of Hull, including provision of a new recording studio.

The scheme comprised installation of a Professional Recording Studio and Control Room together with a Practice Room.

The building works included the installation of temporary screens and roofs; internal and external demolition works; piling; foundations; internal brick and block work; external brickwork; timber frame construction; joinery; mechanical and electrical removal and reinstatement works; scaffolding; personnel and equipment lifts; specialist acoustic works; roofing; flooring; decorations; external drainage and landscaping.
