Swift Group New Manufacturing Facility

Houlton were pleased to be selected to construct the new £8m purpose built modern manufacturing facility for Swift Group at it's headquarters on Dunswell Road, Cottingham.

Working alongside Alan Wood Partnership, who managed the project on behalf of the client, the construction phase included a critical element of the build process when we had to break into the existing facility to tie the adjacent two buildings together which was successfully completed during an annual production break .

The completed facility houses production of all the company’s Holiday Homes and Lodges, building on the success of their other motor home and caravan production.
