Doncaster Hub Refurbishment Scheme for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service

The scheme, procured via the YORbuild2 Framework, is a 38 week programme to  remodel the existing Doncaster Ambulance Station to form a new Hub comprising of facilities for operational staff as well as management offices, training and meeting rooms. The garage will be reconfigured to provide one-way circulation for vehicles.

A separate vehicle preparation area and Fleet store rooms for stock, equipment and cleaning materials will be provided and external areas will be laid out to provide staff parking and separate bays for operational vehicles to include shorelines.

Works will include internal remodelling, replacement of mechanical and electrical services, re-cladding the front elevation and some re-roofing.
