Telephone House, Sheffield City Council

This YORbuild project is for the design and delivery of a scheme of works in Sheffield city centre at Telephone House and the NCP car park.

The block comprises the NCP car park, with student accommodation within the 56m high former Telephone House tower above, and vacant retail and entertainment units beneath.
The aim of the project was to deliver a cost effective scheme to enhance the external appearance of the building to better sit within the prominent area of the Heart of the City.
