Bridge Haven One Office

This landmark development was officially opened by Alan Johnson MP.

The project involved the construction of a three storey office block, totalling 2,400 sq m of internal area as well as infrastructure including drainage, car parking, paved areas and landscaping. The building is open-plan in design and located on the west half of the prestigious Priory Park business park in Hessle.

The works included precast concrete piled foundations, a steel frame, holo-rib concrete upper floors, precast concrete ground floor and stairs. The external envelope is constructed from brick and blockwork cavity walls and insulated composite panel cladding. The mechanical and electrical services included air conditioning, heating, water, lighting, data power installations and a passenger lift.

External works comprised of new car park, access roads, pedestrian walkways, access ramps, access gate, air conditioning compound, cycle stores, bin store, drainage and landscaping. External services including water, electric (including sub-station) and telephones.

 Tenant BP has taken the majority of space at Bridge Haven One and there is potential for further office buildings on this site.
