Maintenance Works

The Building & Maintenance Division are specialists in all kinds of maintenance from planned to reactive.

We directly employ bricklayers, joiners, drain layers and ground workers who are all experts in their fields, but due to the extensive training programme at Houlton they can overlap these trades making them very efficient and more importantly a highly effective workforce. These trades are complemented by a long established supply chain of subcontractors including but not limited to roofing, flooring, decorations, glazing, electrical, mechanical and plumbing services.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our service, where nothing is too big or too small and this is recognised by the high levels of repeat business from our satisfied clients.
