New Catering Kitchen, Canteen and Re-roofing Project

This scheme involved demolition of an existing roof top training room and repairs to roof coverings, prior to installing new insulation and roof coverings, which has greatly improved the energy efficiency and comfort levels of the building.

The existing kitchen equipment was refurbished, including the provision of new equipment. All windows were replaced and a new Hygienic wall cladding system installed with suspended ceiling system and floor finishes. New foodsafe doorsets with all ironmongery were also provided.

Additional current work on site includes new roof coverings and internal refurbishment to Production Line 1 of the biscuit factory and design of a new 23,000sq m roof renewal scheme including rainwater drainage, a replacement for the existing north light arrangement including working around all services and equipment.
