Church View Doncaster

The initial phase of a major refurbishment of the former Doncaster Technical College to allow the formation of Business Incubator Units with central courtyard and cafe area.

Works included roof and wall repairs including new windows, stonework repairs and entrance steps plus installation of new steelwork for floors and stairs to upper floors. Internal single storey buildings were demolished to form the new central courtyard area within the site and attached new cafe.
