Trinity Market and Hepworth Arcade are throwing a party on Friday 19 October, as they have been shortlisted in in this year’s prestigious Great British High Street (GBHS) Awards in the Champion High Street category. The category features the best high streets in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Trinity Market’s refurbishment and the grant scheme were made possible in part by a contribution of £3m for the Repurposing the Old Town programme from the Government’s Northern Powerhouse Local Growth Fund. This was secured by the Humber LEP through its Growth Deals with government.
