Bransholme Police Station

The remodelling of Bransholme Police Station was a key part of the Humberside Police Estates Strategy and the refurbished facility provides a more efficient use of the building and site, accommodating two Neighbourhood Police Teams (NPTs) and Crime Management teams from Tower Grange Police Station.

Grotech Production

Houlton were pleased to be selected again by Grotech Production, Goole to construct a new production and warehouse facility alongside their purpose-built 12,000 sq ft factory that we constructed back in 2005. Grotech Production, which specialises in mixing and packing products for the agrochemical and general chemical sectors, has invested £900,000 to triple the size of its factory floor.

Microgard Warehouse Extension

Houlton’s Building & Maintenance team were appointed by Microgard Ltd to construct a 450 sq. m. warehouse extension at the rear of their existing bespoke office and warehouse at Priory Park East, Hull that was opened in November 2008. The award of the £175,000 contract will assist Microgard accommodate their increased business levels and was programmed to take 16 weeks and in addition the existing concrete yard was extended.

Doncaster Council Houses

Work was completed in 2014 on the construction of 33 new properties on behalf of Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council in three areas of Doncaster. The project consisted of 6 house types on 5 sites in Askern, Cantley and Woodlands, including 20 houses and 13 bungalows.
