The scheme consists of 12 bespoke industrial units contained within 3 steel framed portal buildings to allow for the relocation of the historic Hull Fruit Market from its city centre site to a modern base on Priory Park East.
Successfully completed in February 2012 the new £809,000 blast resistant building that is now the UK headquarters for Nippon Gohsei, an international Japanese owned chemical company manufacturing Soarnoi; a food packaging material for preserving flavour and freshness.
The project consisted of two mammoth projects for KP Snacks Ltd.. Houlton set about the task of replacing a large section of roof at the huge KP Snacks site in Billingham, Teesside, whilst crisp production continued apace from the factory floor.
