Maintenance

With an enviable reputation for quality of service, our maintenance teams deliver planned and reactive maintenance, including emergency call-outs and facilities management projects, for many well-established local clients across both the private and public sectors. They carry out, on average, over 2,500 maintenance orders per annum, from minor responsive maintenance works to substantial facilities management contracts. With a can-do attitude, nothing is too small or too large.

We provide the full range of small building and maintenance services across a wide spectrum of Clients, including many local ‘blue-chip’ private sector businesses including AAK, Gassco, ABP, Croda, the Goodwin Development Trust, Howden Kitchen and Reckitt Benckiser. The Public Sector is also well served with long-term partnering agreements with the Humberside Police Authority, local NHS Trusts, East Riding of Yorkshire County Council, Hull City Council and the University of Hull.

All of our maintenance work is managed and undertaken using the skills of the company’s own directly employed and trained personnel. For each client we appoint a dedicated, experienced Contracts Manager, responsible for estimating the work, running the project, and agreeing accounts. The uniqueness of this single point of personal contact brings levels of trust, continuity and positive distinct benefits to our customers in terms of high levels of service and value for money. We believe this contributes to our high proportion of repeat business, and we understand that people do business with people.
