Bridlington Town Hall Refurbishment
This refurbishment project for the East Riding of Yorkshire Council at Bridlington Town Hall was procured via the YORbuild2 Framework.
Over a 44 week period, the extensive refurbishment programme will be carried out whilst the site is operational and will require flexible working.
Over 4 phases the works will include:

- Repairs and decoration
- Structural Alterations
- Low Level service Install
- New IPS Systems
- Timber Floor Repairs
- Plastering Repairs
- External Clean
- Rooflight Replacement
