New Packing Warehouse and Yard for Cooplands Bakery

Re-modelling of Coopands Hull bakery dispatch building and yard, comprising major demolition works and the construction of a food safe dispatch/marshalling building and refurbishment and strengthening works to retained existing structures.

Works comprised a new steel frame on reinforced concrete foundations supported by 50 cast in-situ piles; wall and roof claddings; large canopy; roller shutter door; concrete floor slabs including renewals; mechanical and electrical installations and drainage works. All operations were carefully planned to minimise any disruption to the busy bakery.
