Council House Re-roofs Beverley

Following a £490k project re-roofing 74 council house properties in 2008 on Swinemoor Council Estate in Beverley this scheme was for a further 104 properties on the same estate.

Works included:

• Stripping existing roof coverings.
• Removing asbestos soffit boards.
• New fascias, bargeboard and soffit.
• New rain water goods.
• New roof coverings.
• Re-pointing to chimney stacks.
• Painting to a small number of properties.
