Scarborough Police Station

A major refurbishment and extension to the existing Scarborough Police Station which remained in operation throughout the project. The work was undertaken in phases with construction of the new multi storey extension to allow police staff to move into this new area whilst the existing offices were refurbished.

All work had to be be undertaken adjacent busy highways on a very restricted site requiring good logistical planning.

All the exterior was over clad with improved insulation levels and new windows and works included construction of a new Custody Suite.
