Croda Civils, Building and Maintenance Works

Houlton have had a long association with Croda with the earliest records dating back to 1936. We are currently engaged in monthly general maintenance works of roads and buildings, large and small civils works including concrete bund walls, plant & machine bases, tank bases, drainage including surface water channelling.

Larger schemes have included a Warehouse, a Lorry Weighbridge, a Effluent Organic Processing Plant, a substantial building refurbishment for new R&D Laboratories, a Amenity & Canteen Building and a new Fire Main Distribution Infrastructure.
