Marfleet Environmental Technology Park

A substantial investment to revitalize the old Humbrol factory site on Hedon Road, Hull began with the £1.4 million Warehouse and Office Refurbishment, together with new access roads, concrete hard-standings and a new electrical power sub-station.

The original buildings were severely damaged by fire several years ago and part of the new works were to completely re-clad the external envelope, giving the building a new lease of life. This refurbishment scheme scored a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM rating. The new occupiers; Nippon Gohsei and Neil & Brown are delighted with their new production and warehousing facility.
