Council House Re-roofs Patrington, Patrington Haven, Hedon, Withernsea and Preston

As part of its ongoing maintenance programme of housing stock, East Riding of Yorkshire Council appointed Houlton to re-roof 127 properties in Patrington, Patrington Haven, Hedon, Withernsea and Preston.

Works included:

• Stripping existing roof coverings.
• Alterations and strengthening to roof members.
• Removing any asbestos soffit boards.
• New fascias, bargeboard and soffit.
• New rain water goods.
• New roof coverings.
• Re-pointing to chimney stacks.
• Alterations to soil and vent pipes.
