TEPS Warehouse Alterations

The scheme involved  alterations to Trans European Port Services’ (TEPS) Existing Warehouse to Form a New Pick 'n' Mix Area for a client of theirs; Arco Ltd.

An existing concrete ramp was broken-out and removed, and a redundant loading bay filled-in with the whole area being re-laid with a 200m2 new concrete slab. Although access was particularly awkward the works were successfully carried out with minimal disruption to the client’s busy operational warehouse and yard.
