A £3.9 million Yorbuild 3 housing development for Hull City Council, delivering 18 sustainable new build homes including six bungalows, complete with solar panels, EV chargers and advanced drainage systems.

This project involved the construction of 18 new build council homes at Hopewell Road and Hollywell Close, delivered on behalf of our client Hull City Council as part of the Yorbuild 3 framework. The £3.9 million development was completed over a 1 year and 9 month period, providing a mix of high-quality residential properties, including six bungalows, designed to support the needs of the local community.

Our teams successfully delivered the full construction of the new homes, incorporating a range of sustainable and energy-efficient features to support modern living. The properties were fitted with solar panels, electric vehicle charging points and complex attenuation tank systems to assist with surface water management and improve the long-term performance of the development.

The completed scheme provides Hull City Council with high-quality, future-ready council housing, delivering accessible, sustainable and energy-efficient homes that enhance the local area and provide long-term benefits for residents.
