Extension and Refurbishment of Moor Allerton Hall Primary School, Leeds

Extension and refurbishment of Moor Allerton Hall Primary School, together with external works at Lidgett Lane, Leeds for LEEDS D&B ONE LTD, on behalf of Leeds LEP.

Works included refurbishment of part of the existing school including a small kitchen extension and a new 2-storey separate extension to create a 650 pupil school, plus additional car parking and highways access, external works and a MUGA pitch.

The extension is steel framed with lightweight external wall construction, metal deck and concrete upper floors, flat roof and includes installation of IT infrastructure.

NPS Leeds were appointed by Leeds LEP on behalf of Leeds City Council to develop the scheme which led to the appointment of Houlton as the successful partner to complete works on site in two phases around the existing occupied school buildings.
