University of Hull - Priority Projects

Houlton were engaged directly to commence works at short notice to deliver improvements to a number of areas across the University Campus.

Working with the client initially to develop a scope of works & create an open book cost plan to complete the works for the start of the new semester.

Works involved creating a new business lounge, the refurbishment of the Law Department consulting areas, the refurbishment of the IT Suite, refurbishment of the Law Court and works to some isolated classrooms.

The works were delivered within the initial cost plan which was achieved working with both the client and a trusted supply chain.
