Hull City Council's Small Sites Housing Project
This YORbuild2 facilitated scheme for Hull City Council saw four contractors work with the Council to design and build housing for 10 sites across the city. Houlton were awarded two sites on the Longhill estate and a total of new 9 bungalows. We engaged Mark Thomas at ERI&F as our design partner having previously delivered the award winning Shannon Road scheme for Hull City Council.
