Houlton set to begin £1.7m De Grey Street frontage improvement scheme:

Houlton is proud to announce that work is set to get underway on the De Grey Street frontage improvements in Hull, marking another exciting step in the ongoing regeneration of the city.

 Earlier this year, Houlton successfully secured a place on Hull City Council’s Frontage Improvements Framework, following a competitive tender process. This builds on the success of a previous frontage improvement scheme delivered by Houlton on Rosemead Street a couple of years ago.

 Having successfully secured a position on the framework, we are delighted to now be progressing with the De Grey Street scheme.

 The 28-week programme, with an approximate value of £1.7 million, will see Houlton deliver a series of frontage improvements, helping to enhance the appearance of the area and contribute to the continued investment in Hull's built environment.

 We're looking forward to getting started and working alongside Hull City Council and our project partners to deliver another successful scheme for the city.
