Building & Maintenance project " The Hide" for Yorkshire Water picked up the RIBA 'Yorkshire Award'

The feature building is the centre piece at the Tophill Low Nature Reserve near Driffield. The new Hide combines classroom facilities, overlooking the dipping pond, a public viewing gallery with large picture windows to view the reservoir and a twenty-four hour twitcher’s hide for the dedicated bird watchers wanting to catch migratory birds on their last stop in the country before departing to warmer climes.

The project was entered for the competition by Group Ginger, who were the Architects on the project.
