Houlton entered a team and attended the Smailes Goldie Golf Day, in aid of raising funds for The Daisy Appeal.

The event held at Burstwick Country Golf Club saw the competing teams get off to a shotgun start ensuring all the golfers would start and finish at the same time, The weather was kind  on the day, providing very little wind and mild, dry conditions. The Houlton team which included James Jennison and Dave Collins alongside Dave and Gordon from East Yorkshire Shutters were the eventual winners!

In total there was over £3,888 raised for the Daisy Appeal Charity so a fantastic achievement both on and off the course!
