A big congratulations to Alan Woods & Partners and our client, Hull Minster for being awarded ‘Highly Commended’ at the Construction Excellence Awards 2023.

It was awarded for the ‘amazing transformation’ on Hull Minster, which is England’s largest parish church, originally built in 1285. The Minster was built using fine medieval brickwork and holds a 17th century organ. Hull Minster is a grade 1 listed building with an abundance of history and fine tradesmanship behind it.

Houlton are proud to have been a part of the Minsters transformation and working on such a prestigious building.
